1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ik666 ("ik666", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ik666 website located at https://ik666.io and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or using any feature of ik666, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand them;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of ik666, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active ik666 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ik666 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonuses therein forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ik666 support at [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ik666 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) by providing one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), a proof of address document dated within the last three months, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ik666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by ik666; however, third-party fees from your payment provider may apply independently.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. ik666 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice where required for operational or security reasons.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes after approval:

• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): 5 minutes to 2 hours
• Bank transfer withdrawals: 1 to 4 business hours

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. ik666 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made from the payment method to which you are withdrawing. Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before the bonus-related funds become eligible for withdrawal.

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

ik666 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, ik666 may report the matter to appropriate authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ik666 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general provisions apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Validity

Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated at the time of award. Unused or expired bonuses will be removed from your account balance automatically. ik666 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ik666 employs systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal game risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, ik666 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.5 Employee and Affiliate Exclusions

Employees of ik666 and its affiliated entities, as well as registered affiliates and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on ik666 is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game or market before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of a wager.

6.2 Void Bets

ik666 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: the bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement; there is evidence that the outcome was manipulated or the market was mispriced due to a technical error; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.

6.3 Live Betting

Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error do not constitute a valid claim.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ik666 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker, rummy, or any multiplayer format;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate unfair winnings or circumvent platform rules;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using ik666 as a vehicle for any financial crime;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ik666 support staff through any channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ik666 platform, software, or security measures;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, while misrepresenting your location to circumvent such restriction.

8. Responsible Gaming
